Has anyone received one of the below error messages in Onboarding 2.0 and do you know how to resolve

These two errors are occurring when initiating onboarding in 2.0.

This new hire created their candidate profile and entered their entire phone number in the area code field.  The profile has been updated but the application the candidate is being hired on has not been updated.  The phone number is a required field when creating the candidate profile and we don't know how they got around that.  

An error occurred while saving the HRIS data for the user XXXX due to the following reason: phoneInfo[C].phone-number field can’t be empty.

This new hire created their candidate profile and did not provide their country code.  The profile has been updated but the application the candidate is being hired on has not been updated.  The country code is a required field when creating the candidate profile, we are still investigating how this happened.

An error occurred while saving the HRIS data for the user XXXX due to the following reason: {"responsePayload":[{"userSysId":"111586","hrisSaveStatus":[{"elementType":null,"key":null,"statusCode":"ERROR","errorInfo":"Invalid Country: -1 in entity: homeAddress for UserId: 111586"}]}]}.

please check phone type and phone number sent for this onboardee
