Has anyone made a step-by-step tutorial for abap-platform-trial in Docker (windows)

Is there a step to step guide for people that really don't understand Docker.

On hub.docker.com it says. "Before you pull the image you must understand this and that about Docker":

I just want to test ABAP and do not want to wast more than necessary of my limited brain capacity on Docker. To me Docker is just a necessary evil to be able to run the ABAP trial.

Is any help available for someone like me?

I found that the current version on Github has a good guide for running the Docker container on windows:

The FAQ gives info about how to set up SAPGui, but no clue about where to download and how to install SAPGui. The FAQ actually says "Install the SAP GUI that fits to your operating system, attached here", but nothing is attached, so I will raise a new question for that.
