Has anybody installed BI 4.0 FP3?

Hello,

We have BI 4.0 SP2 and was wondering if anybody installed FP3...Appreciate inputs from any customer who has installed FP3 in their landscape on whether they found any impact on the existing BI objects deployed or any impact on the integration side with BW or portal or mobile?

Any input will be highly appreciated

Hi,

This FP03 is in Ramp Up, so the general population here hasn't got access to it.

If you are a registered member on ramp up, then you should be working with a coach would can answer these kinds of questions.

however, i can say this -  

- Installing FP03 won't impact anything outside BI4.0   (i.e. BW , portal )  so long as referencial integrity is maintained during your upgrade.

- It could impact some of the existing/upgraded content i.e. reports (depending on which Patch2.x version was at source)   - this includes MobI -  but there are easy ways of planning and minising risk.
