Handover of test cases to test from one user to another user CALM

Dear,

The creation of a test case and link to a test plan and execute is clear, only to have in really practice is different, hopefully someone will able to give us more clarity on the below. We are going to start with the test execution and have created multiple test cases, we have now questions regrading test execution and test plans. Any suggestion are welcome:

1. When creating a test case we have the possibility to create a test plan and link the test case to these test plan, but when linking multiple test case to a test plan we cannot define the order/sequence of the test cases.
2. We have only the possibility to add one tester in the test plan? What if I have more testers to test on one teste case ?
3. If we assign a tester does he receive any e-mail? 
4. Is there any e-mail chain/notification regarding test management except defects?
5. How can we handover a certain test case/execution to another (does he also receive an e-mail) ?

Regarding your remaining questions about multiple testers/test case 'handover', the tester role is not built out yet.  I see several Influence Campaign requests in the area of tester assignment.  One example:
