HANA Lifecycle Management fiori apps don't work

Hi I have a local HANA DB 2.0 (SP05) running and logged into lifecycle management to be able to install additional components. However, as soon as I open a Fiori app, nothing happens in the background, something changes briefly and then nothing happens, so I don't get any further than on the start screen. The only app I can open is View System Information and that is just blank - I only have one user with OS level right.

Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong there?

It only becomes whitish for a short time and that's it - no error or something.

Hi Daniel,

The web interface of HDBLCM is hosted by the SAP Host Agent (hence the HTTP/S ports 1182/1129). The agent calls the corresponding SAP HANA platform lifecycle management tools, i.e. hdbinst, hdbupd, hdbrenamehost, etc.

To debug, you could connect to the SAP HANA host and run the command as <sid>adm (for adding additional components):

hdblcm

Any issue with the execution of the command should be logged.

Is execution on the command line successful?
