Hana Cloud Platform errors - how to get support?

Actually, I'm facing an error with Web IDE, subscripted for my trial account (Web IDE startup error on trial account), and now I'm wondering how SAP intents to provide support for these issues.

Since I can't find any support link (besides to the SCN) in my account, do I have to open a classic incident report on the Support Portal?

Any advice is appreciated.

Hi Stephan,

as far as I know the trial accounts do not have the option to open incidents, but have to rely on SCN for such issues. This is stipulated on the comparison chart between the various HCP subscriptions.

Try posting the question in this forum. If you're lucky (?), there are others struggling with similar issues - and maybe someone found a way forward.
