Hi Support,
Our HANA Cloud cockpit does not have configure email button, thus we can't send email alert automatically. Is DBADMIN missing authorization?
In the On-Premise HANA system Cockpit, we can see the button on top-right corner.

This is the correct behaviour as in BTP there is a service that you can avail of for alert notifications. Please refer to the documentation on how to set up this service and further information.
