HANA Cloud - cannot change Update Mode

I am currently running two versions of HANA Cloud QRC3/2024 and QRC4/2024.  I would like to change the default Update Mode of the instance to "Apply changes without a restart".  I can view the current default mode in SAP HANA Cloud Central's Overview -> Configuration page "Apply changes with a restart".  However when I click on Manage Configuration (upper right section of page), the "General" or any other page that appears does not have the Update Mode section to change.  From a security perspective, I have SAP HANA Cloud Administrator, SAP HAAN Cloud Security Adminstrator and Subaccount Administrator role collections.   I created the HANA Cloud instance so I would think I would be able to change the Update Mode.   I would appreciate any assistance that can be provided.

Hi, same Problem here...

Edit: You can change the Mode by changing anything (i changed the description) and then clicking "Review and Save" where a window will open, which lets you change the Default Update Mode...
