How to see the source code of catalog procedure's under SYS schema?

Navigation please in HANA studio...Is it possible to modify?

I think you are referring to the BUILTIN procedures available in the SYS schema.

No it is not possible to see the code and to modify it (for whatever reason this would be relevant at all).
