1. Please check Help Portal Upgrade and Update of SAP Solution Manager -> Update from a Lower to a Higher Support Package, it contains all necessary steps.
2. Yes. Please just directly upgrade to the latest stack level.
3. Databases and operating systems will not conflict with versions.
