Greying out "Short Text" field in Display Purchase order in SAP Public Cloud

Hi All,

I am Trying to make "Short Text" field in the item Overview tab in Display Purchase order(Me23n) App in public cloud. Means no User can change the text for the material even in changing mode.

I am new in Public cloud and i Don't know how to approach this problem.  
Please help me in solving this problem. Thank you all in advance.
