GRC10 repository creation with IDM

Dear expert,

I am creating GRC10 repository in IdM, but I am not sure what IP address needs to maintain in constant VDS2GRC_HOST ? We have IDM IP address, so do I need to maintain the same idm IP address?

And By default value is localhost.

Hi Todor,

I have only one window server for IdM where Idm, vds and other components are installed, but I am accessing Idm/admin interface external IE browser, not at server level. So is localhost value ok by default?

Usually idm/admin and idm%user and nwa interface can be accessed outside server as well for configuration and support purpose.

Hi Anil,

depending on where you installed VDS. If it is sharing the same server as the runtime, then localhost should be fine. However, if you installed it on a separate server, then you need to point the IP to that particular server.
