Hi All,
I setup a user with all the 13 GP roles. But he is not able to see Runtime and Personal Templates tab under Guided Procedures tab in the Portal. We are on EP7.0 SP10.
I followed this blog to setup the GP roles...

Let me know what else I need to give that user, so he will able to see both Runtime and Personal Templates tabs.

Request clarification before answering.
In User Administration in the portal do a search for Available role like this with wildcards GP
Then see what is missing. I think the only role you haven't assigned is GP Superuser. Assign that role to make all the roles appear under the Guided Procedures tab.
After that, from the guided procedures administration workset you can set what type of user should see which workset.

Hi Dipankar,
Super admin role and administrator role are assigned to administrators group. But I don't want to give the GP user a super admin role. Though I tried giving administrator role, still I had the same problem. No "Guided Procedures" tab was visible to that user.
Am I still missing something?
