I got "out of memory" in asa -o file.

E. 09/14 10:32:01. ERROR Out of memory (11.0.1.2376)

Does this mean "out of machine memory" ?

Then, Can I monitoring the available memory using -cs option ?

Here is the result. OS Available: 4489224K, Working Set: 132936K, Cache Target: 1037128K

What is "Working Set" and "Cache Target" ?

Your build number is quite old and some leaks have been fixed since then. Are you running http services from your database. If so, the following might be affecting you & there could be others:

ASA Bug Fix (OTW QTS 692604 ) - The server could run out of memory when processing a lot of HTTP requests

Versions affected: 10.x and up

Versions fixed: 11.0.1.2725, 12.0.1.3522

Description:

The database server could have run out of memory after processing a lot of HTTP requests. This has been fixed.
