Getting error with below line i_destination = cl_http_destination_provider=>create_by_url( lv_url )

Hello all,

I am trying to fetch Sap Business Hub api through Eclipse ADT (connected to on-prem S/4 HANA system). for cl_http_destination_provider --> getting class doesn't exist for cl_http_client--> getting error doesn't have return parameter. Can somebody please guide how can I pass external URL in i_destination and fetch metadata of external API in json file? Below is my code. Kindly check and suggest.
