Getting Error While using Upload File activity of SAP ui5 SDK in Fiori Application

Hi,

We have scenario where need to upload files to Fiori app, and we found an activity in IRPA named as “Uploads File”. Pease find URL for Activity detais

we have followed all the steps given, and initially it was working fine a week before but all of sudden today that activity throwing error(PFB screenshot on error).

Now It's unable to upload files.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for your response.
We have noticed now that when we are testing this activity with application tester, we are getting above exception/error, but if we are trying this activity while automation execution then its uploading file to this upload_file_collection element in Fiori app.

Now, the problem is that just after uploading files to Fiori app its reloading the page or going back to the first page of application and not able to perform other activities after that. We are getting timeout error for other activities after uploading file.
