Getting Error while connecting with Automated Analytics Server as : Cannot Access Name service

I am trying to connect with Automated Analytics server by the credentials provided by respected team.But I am getting following error:-

"Unable to connect to Automated Analytics Server. Cannot Access Name service "

I have already gone through one question like this but not getting solution.

If anyone faced this issue and already solved then please help!!

I checked with admin team and from their end they opened port 12345 and now its working fine

Can you check with your admin if the Analytics server is running state or not?
