Getting Error when releasing the backup TR and could not create the package.

Hi All,

We are encountering an error when attempting to import the Transport Request (TR) by creating a backup TR in the production environment. The error message indicates that 'Error when releasing the backup TR and could not create the package.' We have verified all the objects, and the package is available for all the objects we created.The package being used already exists in the production system. However, this issue only occurs for newly created objects (class, domain, structure). This problem has not been encountered in the quality or staging systems during deployment. We are using the SolMan (Active Control) tool for this deployment activity. 

Note: Upon checking the TADIR table, we found that all the erroneous objects do not have any package assigned in the production system, whereas they do have a package in the QA system.
