Getting an error while deploying application in cf-Insufficient resource (us--> aws, ap21 --> azure)

Hey, 

I tried to deploy the application in trail account (using us--> aws, ap21 --> azure) getting an error as Insufficient resources.

Error staging application "billingsimplefullstack-srv": InsufficientResources - Insufficient resources
Download the application logs via the dmol command and check them for more information.
A step of the process has failed. Retrying it may solve the issue.
Proceeding with automatic retry... (3 of 3 attempts left)

this was the error getting all the time

I tried to deploy it by reducing and increasing the the quota still same issue

Yes we are aware of this issue which is ongoing in few regions... We will let you know once its resolved...

Hi Yogananda, Any idea when the issue would be resolved? its been more than a week this issue is coming on trial account.
