Getting an error while configuring application " With 'SET HANDLER ... FOR src', 'src' cannot be 'NULL'"

Please give me solution i am getting error while configuring Application configuration in sap.

Kindly Revert me back as soon as possible.

Wheather i need to maintain any handler in handler list ?
