From your application in Mobile Services if you go to Mobile Connectivity and click the open in browser icon it should open a new tab in the browser and show the service root for your backend.  If you are prompted for login or get an error it indicates a problem in the configuration of the connection to your backend.  Next steps will be to check the logs in the Cloud Connector and the Backend system to see what might be the error.

Is the connectivity BTP destination > Points to Mobile Services Destination > Points to Cloud Connector Host > points to On-Premises actual endpoint?

Hi @bill_froelich,

Connectivity in Mobile Service using forward authentication, and set URL and all details in BTP Destination. For further information, I followed this blog.

Best Regards,

Madhav

Looking at the screenshots it looks like the Mobile Services destination is pointing to a cloud connector address. Is that correct? If so the security would typically be set to Cloud Connector SSO instead of Forward Authentication.

Hi @bill_froelich,

As you suggest we have tried with Cloud Connector SSO, but still issue persist.
