Get transport long description in BTP ABAP

I'm working in the BTP ABAP environment and I need to create an export of transports released between two given timestamps, including their short and long descriptions. The XCO class for CTS does a great job with the search and retrieval of the short description, but for some reason I don't see a way to get the long description. Does anyone know if a way to retrieve this?

Reading the long description of a transport request via XCO_CP_CTS is not supported. We might add this feature in the future.

I appreciate the reply Yannick. There must be some other way that SAP has released to retrieve the long description? It's a fundamental attribute of the transport. Maybe a CDS view or different class or something?
