Get details of the users who are logged in SAPUI5 FIORI application in BAS CF

Hello Experts;

We are migrating some SAPUI5 FIORI apps from WebIDE NEO to CF BAS. One of the functionalities is to get details of the logged user. For that, we have tried with the User API Service for CF:

We Implemented this API following the following post:

But the API call fails with error code 404 and message "Cannot GET /user-api/currentUser"error-404.png

Could anyone provide some guidance on what the problem could be?

This issue occurs testing from BAS and also from the deployed App on Launchpad Service. We are using managed router.

Can you provide more details about your app?

Is this webapp used with an approuter? Do you deploy it as container together? Is your plan to deploy it to the HTML5 Repository Service on CF?

Can you pls. share your xs-app.json file, so we can see the routes you did configure?

We are using managed router, and the app is already deployed in the subaccount and HTML5 Repository.
