Hello Dear,

I find this solution, I hope you find it useful.
3332104 - UDO Form Doesn't Work Properly for Add-Ons in SAP Business One Studio

Workaround:

  1. In your local disk on your computer, find the Data Transfer Workbench (DTW) folder. By default, the DTW component is installed together with the SAP Business One client. The default navigation path is C:\Program Files\SAP\Data Transfer Workbench. If the DTW component is not yet installed, users need to install it first. More information about the DTW installation is available in the SAP Business One Administrator's Guide.
  2. In the DTW folder, find and copy the folder called runtimes.
  3. Paste the runtimes folder you just copied to the UDOPackage folder in the B1 studio folder (C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One Studio\Bin\Modules\Designer\Packages\UDOPackage).
  4. Re-launch the SAP Business One Studio. Whether users create a new add-on or open an existing add-on, the OIDC login window is properly opened.

The same scenario and workaround is also applicable to SAP Business One Studio for Visual Studio Integration.
