I am working on a integration in SAP CPI which has a requirement to send employees belonging to each paygroup to be sent as a seperate file to SFTP.
Can you let men know a feasible approach to achieve his in CPI?

I am not sure which SAP Cloud Integration product you are using. This channel is for CPI-DS (Cloud Integration for data services). You can find its documentation HERE.
Please, remove tag SAP Cloud Integration for data services, if you are using another product.
