We're encountering an issue that appears to only break the ability to Print to PDF upon a data restore for a users's computer using SAP GUI (Windows 10 64bit). When the users attempt to print to any form of Print to PDF driver, there is no dialog box allowing the option create the PDF file. Upon logging in as a different user profile on the same machine, we do not encounter the issue. We have also tested numerous Print to PDF solutions as well. The print-to-PDF function on the affected machine only seems to break within SAP. Using any other application such as Word does not reproduce the issue.
The only recourse around this known issue is to repair or re-do the profile itself. We're also encoutering more instance of this issue as of late.
A re-install of the program does not fix the issue locally.
