Formula to replace actual version data to another version

Hello Team,

We have a requirement where we have to override actuals version data with user selected version for GL account with in a classic story, please help us if we can write any formula at story level or dimension level (not as data action through script)?

From the above screenshot, we would like to override actual value (-17331) of test account with Budget value (Null).

Is the override only for reporting?
