Formula for Multiple Reports

I have a formula that I use for several crystal reports (over 25). Is there a way that I can make that formula something like a custom function so that when I update it I only need to update it in one place?

If you have access to CRS or BOE, you can save the formula as a function.

Once you've done that, anytime you want to update the formula, you can make the change an re-add it to the repository.

You'll still have to open each report and add the new repository version to the each report but it does simplify/speed up the whole process.
