Sending Vendors from System STG1 to STG2 fails due to Communication error in FM (RFC_DETERMINE_JURISDICTION). Inbound IDoc's in STG2 system fails with error message "Communication error with External Tax System (Taxware)" - Message No. TAX_TXJCD864.
But this issue happens only for some Vendors, but for other cases it is successful. When trying to manually pass the same data(Negative case) to FM directly in SE37 with RFC destination - it works properly, able to get LOCATION_RESULTS from FM.
The behavior of FM is different in actual flow than direct execution in SE37.
Kindly suggest some solution.
