FLP Tile/Catalog/Group translations not transportable.

Hi FLP Experts.

I know unlike SAPUI5 applications where we have properties files, we are using SE63 to record the translations for the FLP Tile/Catalog/Group in the Gateway.

But, the translations are not working or even transportable and we are suppose to open the client , edit the Tile/Catalog/Group using CUST URL of FLP configuration and updating the translations using SE63 in every landscape from DEV to PROD.

Did not get proper solution for this problem and this is getting crazy.

I am looking for better way to do these translations and transport them and avoid editing in every landscape.

Please check SAP Note 980626 to see if it's what you need for transporting your translations.

Hi Keith

One more question. We are trying to create/configure the new Tiles and Groups using the designer in Scope - Configuration.

And when we want to search the Catagory ID in SE63, they are not showing up. Do we need to configure new Tiles/Groups

in Customizing layer or Configuration layer? and why they are not showing up in the SE63?

Hi, Kiran.

There are some differences in how you translate depending on the adaptation layer (scope). This might be why you don't see the content in SE63 from the CONF scope. Check the documentation differences here:
