Flexible workflow - RFC Destination WORKFLOW_LOCAL_200 Error

Hi all,

I have created the Flexible scenario in SWDD_SCENARIO and activated the scenario.

But when I trigger it, it is not getting triggered. I checked SWEL transaction and there is an error message "Feedback After Error"

Receiver FM SWW_WI_CREATE_VIA_EVE
RFC Destination WORKFLOW_LOCAL_200

User Name SAP_WFRT
Main Program SAPMSSY1
Action Feedback after error

I have checked RFC Destination WORKFLOW_LOCAL_200 and found that it is working fine. 

Automatic Workflow customizing has been performed in SWU3 transaction.

Maintain Runtime Environment -> Configure RFC Destination.

Can somebody help regarding this error?

Thank you Sandra for sharing this post. I executed the report RSWDACTIVATE in SE38 with my workflow and found that Workflow is active and there are no errors shown. I have checked the binding and it is correct. Is there a way I can debug this issue.?

I guess you are referring to the first reason and solution. Check all others.
