Flexible Workflow Purchase requisition my inbox - approve error

Hello,

I've a flexible workflow for Purchase Requisition have an issue in my inbox.

When approving (clicking on Approve button) the PR in my inbox (logged as CC Manager) is giving the error:  "Cannot process task. For more information, see the details.
RFC call was not successful because of communication failure 'An exception with the type CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL was raised, but was not handled locally or declared in a RAISING clause." 

This issue has occurred after 2023 S4HANA upgrade.

Please let me know how to resolve this issue, thanks

Were you able to solve this problem with your workflow?, I am facing similar issue in My Inbox, when approving the task: "RFC call was not successful because of communication failure 'An exception with the type CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL was raised but was not handled locally or declared in a RAISING clause."
