Flexible workflow Purchase Contract Email not working

Hi,

I have copied below predelivered templates from maintain email templates for purchase contract but still email not working.

MM_PUR_PC_DEFAULT_TEMPLATE
MMPUR_CTR_WFL_APPROVED_EMAIL
MMPUR_CTR_WFL_REJECTED_EMAIL

could any one advise on the issue. I am using s/4 hana 2022 private cloud
