Dear Team,
We are getting below error in implementing Flexible workflow for PO.
We have tried to check these errors internally with BASIS and ABAP team but could not get any help where the issue is.
1. we have tried to use the MMPUR_WORKFLOW_AGENTS_V2 given the approvers name but also getting this same error.(Note: Infact this BADI is not triggering while creating the PO)
2. we have created a custom rule with custom function module to pass the agents for the workflow WS00800238, but while creating PO it is not triggering at custom function module. But I have simulated the Rule and found the custom users are displayed as Agents in the rule but the same error is coming.
3. Error :
No users returned for agent rule '/RULE/MMPUR_PO_BD_AGNT'
Message no. SWF_FLEX_RUN141
About workflow WS00800238,
We see that the error is related to Display Assigned Responsibility Rules but how can I add my custom users so that flexible workflow be triggered.
Kindly suggest to fix this error .
