Flexible upload group reporting and quantity filed is not getting updated

Hello,

I am trying to upload journal entries into group reporting using flexible upload option in group reporting but quantity filed is not getting updated in ACDOCU table.

Any help appreciated..

Hi Madhavi,

Depending on your version SAP could be right. But if you see the newer SAP help page also Flexible upload support quantity.

Do you get any error message or warning in your log?

I would suggest to look at your breakdown category to validate that they allow import on quatity and the relevant base unit of measure.

Hello Madhavi,

The currency/quantity attribute is controlled by the document type. AFAIK, only with the document types 39 (Group Shares) and 0F (read from universal journal) allows quantity field to be updated.

May we know, in which context/business scenario are you trying to capture quantity?
