Hi Team,

A customer has requested the implementation of a flexible and interactive RFQ (Request for Quotation) form within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. The primary objective is to enable a more collaborative and dynamic RFQ process between the purchasing organization and its vendors.

Key Requirements:

The RFQ form should allow internal users (e.g., purchasing agents) to input suggested or target prices for materials/services as part of the RFQ creation process.Vendors should have the ability to view, modify, and submit their pricing and other commercial terms directly within the RFQ form.

Vendors must be able to access the RFQ via a self-service portal or a secure method (e.g., SAP Business Network or other integrated interface)

Upon vendor submission, the modified RFQ responses should be automatically sent back to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud for evaluation.

Can this be achived in standard way or any deveopments are required? Please suggest.

Regards,

Hello @Swaroop_Nayak

Thank you for your question

Yes, the standard public cloud solution can help you achieve your requirement. You do not require any custom development.

The solution enables purchasing agents enter target prices in the Manage RFQs app, publish it and the desired suppliers can either view, update, and submit quotations directly in the Business Network portal. The submitted responses get sent to public cloud for evaluation and you can award as desired.
