Fiori Tile Not Showing in Launchpad Designer

Dear Experts,

I am Facing a strange issue, i search Fiori App with its technical catalog, its show everthing fine,but when i make reference and add it to new Z_ group, and trying to add in transaction menu (PFCG) it says "No value found" .

Now when i came back to fioir launchpad designer page it show 0 tile in main page, where as showing 226 in catalog.

It is a PRD system. Fiori App F2515 Technical Catalog "SAP_TC_CEC_SD_COMMON"

Before suggesting anything here I would like you to please check Content Manager tool. If you see all 266 tiles available there or not...

Please use TCODE : /n/UI2/FLPCM_CONF and /n/UI2/FLPCM_CUST below are some good reference points...

also run launchpad designer tool in Chrome and not IE if possible...

I have gone almost every step, all services are active OData services are active ICF nodes are active. I even compare DEV & QAS with PRD, all are equal but the PRD Launchpad designer is giving is issue where as DEV & QAS has not.

One question I have is have you checked this happening in Client dependent and cross client configuration ? I mean using

tcode /n/ui2/flpd_cust and /n/ui2/flpd_conf
