Fiori tile in BTP for a custom TCode in on-premise system

Hello,

I have a custom transaction in my on premise system, and I would like to know if I could create a Fiori tile for this tcode on my BTP environment. If that is possible appreciate any guidance on the same.

Another option is to expose roles (including catalogs, spaces, pages and apps) from the on-premise system to the Work Zone, as @junwu mentioned.
