Fiori Standard- ORDER from Requisition error

Dear Scns,

I am facing an issue while testing an app ORDER FROM REQUISITION.

The Error is "PO could not be simulated. Log on to the SAP ERP back-end system and create the PO manually"

though in SAP backend is able to create PO automatically from approved PR's via tcode ME59N.

Please suggest how to check for solution.

Please provide some screenshots and more information as there is not enough to go on. Please also provide some information on the architecture and components involved (e.g. S/4HANA, Business Suite??).
