I am trying to configure the smart business app KPI tile: Actuals vs Target tile,
Below are the details:
KPI Goal Type: Minimizing
And created an Evaluation
KPI Main Measure = Actuals
Evaluation other measures = Budget, 25% of Budget, 50 % of Budget
However while configuring the Target, threshold and Trend we have three options based on the value type: Fixed value/ Measure/ Threshold Relative to Target.
For Value type = Measure I do the following setting in Target, Thresholds and Trend Section:
(3) Critical = 25% of Budget
(2) Warning = 50 % of Budget
(1) Target = Budget
Unfortunately the semantic colour doesn’t seem to work as designed on the tile
For instance:
1.When Budget is 10000 and Actuals is 2000 The Bar colour should show Green colour
2.When Actuals is 3000 (i.e., greater than Critical value) The Bar colour should show Amber colour,
3.And When Actuals is 6000 (i.e., greater than Warning value) The Bar colour should show Red Colour.
In my case this is not the issue, I see the opposite.
Has anyone experienced any similar issue, Please help me in with your insights.

Hello Pavan,
In case of Minimizing KPI type, the critical value should be more than a warning. According to your example, the critical value should have been more than 50% of Budget. In that case, see the expected color in different scenarios is shown below:
1. When Budget is 10000 and Actuals is 2000 The Bar color should show Green color --> correct bar color should be in green color
2. When Actuals is 3000 (i.e., greater than Critical value) The Bar color should show Amber colour --> incorrect because critical value should be more than a warning, so the bar color should be still green.
3. And When Actuals is 6000 (i.e., greater than Warning value) The Bar color should show Red Colour. --> should be in red color when the critical value is more than 50% of the budget.
