Fiori My Paystubs V3 download button not displaying on Android devices

We are testing the Fiori My Paystubs application V3.  It works fine on pc/laptops.  It works fine using Safari browser on iPhones.  However, on an Android mobile device, the download button is not shown on the payroll list view, so the user is not able to display the PDF.  Any ideas why the download button is missing on Android devices?

Hi Kenneth, SuccesssFactors mobile app does not support Fiori My Paystubs - https://me.sap.com/notes/0002736531 . If your question is concerning mobile browser experience, then please create a support ticket for our team to investigate.

I was told by SAP support that the download button only shows for iPhone (iOS).
