Fiori Migration Cockpit Error "Another activity is in process for this project. Try again later."

Our team has just moved from LTMC to the Fiori launchpad migration cockpit for data uploading. I have created a Migration project with three objects:

1) Object Classification - Material (MARA)

2) Product

3) Product - extend existing records by new org levels.

The issue we are facing is some unexplained error that occurs randomly at any stage for any object either when we click the Prepare or Simulate button it gives us the error "Another activity is in process for this project. Try again later." (Picture attached) and below that error, it gives a warning popup "Migration cockpit The preparation step has failed for one or more migration objects. Navigate to the "Monitoring" screen for details.".

But when we see in the Running activities or Monitoring tab nothing is running and it shows '0' in running activities. Sometimes no such error occurs and it let us upload the template smoothly with all steps but sometimes this error occurs randomly so we have to upload templates again and do turnarounds in order to load it.

All the pictures are attached for your reference please let me know how to resolve this issue so that we can upload all the templates smoothly without such errors.
