FIORI logon to app with default creditials

Hello experts,

I have such a special case, business want to use small confirmation app without logon.

it is a simple app where is only possible to push button and confirm that the text was readed and it does not matter who did.

we created a technical user and in transaction SICF - > tab "logon data"  for Odata and for UI5 app set this user and password, so the app should be always logon with this user without requesting any other logon information.

But when we call the app the logon page occurs.

when we try to test just the OData service by GetEntitySet. we receive also the pop-up window for logon data, but in case we cancel the pop-up we can see the technical user is logon and the service return the data from Method GetEntitySet.

it seems like there is some higher lever authentification requiring the logon data.

do you have any idea what should be swiched on/off or should be set to avoid the logon pop-up or logon page?
