Fiori Leave Approval V3 display blank window in Fiori launchpad

I have implemented Fiori Leave Approval App V3 on S/4HANA. Upon accessing the app in Fiori Launchpad, the errors below appear in the browser console, and the app tile is displayed as 'appTitle' in the title bar of Fiori Launchpad and the window will be blank. Has anyone faced this issue? Please assist.
