Hi ,
After creating tile it is not seen in DEV launchpad.
How to find what is the error?

Hi,
Please check tile configuration e.g. Semantic Object, Semantic Action. If configuration is not defined correctly then Tile does not appear on the launchpad. Also please search in App finder.
