HI I have this problem on the fiori app in itsm , users open messages ( tickets ) but in the my message tab the counter remains at 0. Could you help me understand why?
Can users actually see the message they created if they actually open "My Messages" app?
Does creation user gets correctly assigned to "Reported by" Partner function?
