FIORI Issue - Table /IWBEP/I_MGW_SRH is not getting updated from backend

Hi Gurus, 

We are trying to find the last changed date of the OData Services for the Audit. Just to set up a context for the question - We are trying to find out if a specific "Report" in Fiori is a Standard / Customized Report. So, for example - if we have a "Aged Debtors Report" which is basically the FBL5N report, in Fiori, and if we are extracting the same from FIORI, and if we are to prove that the report has not been meddled with, we would have to check the OData Services. 

So, now what I am trying to understand is, for the tile as per this example - "Aged Debtors Report", we need to find out the OData Services (v4 and v2), and then through /UI2/FLPCM_CUST, we are finding out the OData services, and then we are viewing the services - find out the External Service Name. 

Now, once I find out the External Service Name, I will query the table /IWFND/I_MED_SRH and /IWBEP/I_MGW_SRH to find out the Data Provider Class and the last changed dates of the class, and who has changed it. That will give me the idea if the "Tile" is a standard tile or a customized tile. 

I need an help in understanding if the above methodology is correct. 

I also need a help with the below screenshot from /IWBEP/I_MGW_SRH table, where the Changed By / Changed_timestmp field is empty, but in the backend transaction i.e. /IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE is populated for this field. 

Could you help me understand / solve the above 2 Questions. Also, another context is, this is for an Audit that we are doing.
