Hi Experts,
We have implemented the FFP for our portal. If accessed through mobile phones, most of the users have pop up blockers enabled and thus DSM navigator is not kicking in. Thus the logout takes more than 5 minutes.
Can you guys have any experience with this kind of issue. Your inputs of any kind are much appreciated. We don't have LDAP integration with GW server directly, So FLP on GW is not an option for us

Hi Bhaskar,
It is a known issue that log off takes time if popup blocker is on,
According to SAP popup blocker must be turned off.
Your IT can enforce this using policy.
