Hi Experts,
when creating a new Fiori Elements app we are wondering if it is somehow possible to influence the field position in a field group. We would need some kind of grid layout in the field group to prevent the fields of moving on the screen.
I know this is part of the concept for different devices, but sometimes it is necessary to structure fields in terms of content.
This is how the app looks in full screen: bad, because the Order Date/Qty fields are not well placed.

If I reduce the browser width, the fields are displayed how it always should be.

Is there any way to achieve this with fiori elements?
Thanks for your help.

This is old I know but I recently had the same issue and came across this.
My solution is to simply add an additional fieldgroup reference as dummy placeholder. This dummy group neither needs a label nor will it contain any fields. But as the system now needs to render three field groups beneath, it starts to shrink the available space according to my needs.

Hi Patrick,
would you mind sharing an example for this? I have tried adding an empty FieldGroup, but it doesn't seem to change the layout. I have also added a ReferenceFacet pointing to the empty FieldGroup - same result. Would appreciate your working example.
Thanks a lot and kind regards,
Selim
