Fiori element displaying mirror of amounts in Hebrew

I have created Fiori app using Fiori element to follow new programming model, after creating in English I am translating it to Hebrew where the display is RTL for the App , I have the language pack and RTL theme, all the translations work well except the amounts as Fiori just creates mirror of the numbers for example instead of

you have an issue regarding the decimal notation used: it seems the one coming from SU01 transaction is not used all the time (or it is not used at all) since depending on the connection language, it is different.

I guess wrong conversion is done at UI level or OData level.

There is no problem in displaying other texts , issue is only with the amounts when displayed through Fiori

So, you know where you have to check the external format conversion process.

This OSS is more on the backend side , my issue is with frontend.

Other objects like Smartforms /Sapscripts works perfectly fine. even in ecc I can see Odata displaying correct values in Hebrew. When I execute my app on SAP mock server for testing there also everything is displayed perfectly in Hebrew.

Mine is on premise system when I execute Fiori from my launchpad then I face this issue . There is no problem in displaying other texts , issue is only with the amounts when displayed through Fiori. I am using CDS views for service, and Fiori list element for Fiori.
